Placing an Order

Confirmation

Please follow the check-out instructions to place your order. Once we have received the order, we will send you an order confirmation via email to acknowledge that we have received your order. All orders are subject to approval by .BAE Before Anyone Else and we will confirm your order by sending you a shipment confirmation via email.

 Pricing and Payment 

Prices displayed on the .BAE Before Anyone Else website are all AUD.

We reserve the right to change prices, products availability, sale periods, offers, terms and descriptions at any time.

 Shipping

Shipping within Australia

Your shipping charge will be calculated upon checkout.

.BAE Before Anyone Else will dispatch your order within 48 hours.

Once your package has been sent, you will receive a tracking number and details via email.

.BAE Before Anyone Else orders are sent by Australia Post Express service arriving within 3-5 working days Australia wide, although parcels can be delayed due to matters out of our control.

Please double check all personal postage details when completing, as .BAE Before Anyone Else does not take responsibility for missing or damaged packages. However, we will provide all necessary information for your claim.

Pre orders are made and full payment is required at the time of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as the item is produced. The estimated date can be found on the product page.

 

 International Shipping

Delivered rate will be calculated on check out.

.BAE Before Anyone Else will dispatch your order within 24-48 hours.

Please double check all personal postage details when completing your shipping details,.BAE  Before Anyone Else does not take responsibility for missing or damages packages. However, we will provide you with all necessary information for your claim.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your parcel to arrive although parcels can be delayed due to matters out of our control.

A tracking number will be sent after the product is dispatched. Your parcel will be traceable.

Customs Duties & Other Fees

All international customers are responsible for all charges related to your country of residence. 

 Return & Exchange

The below conditions must be met for your return to be eligible.

1.     Item(s) must be in unworn, unwashed, in new condition with no blemishes, stains or odours. Cost of repair or dry cleaning may be deducted from return amount if applicable.

2.     Item(s) must have original tags attached.

3.     Item(s) must be returned original packaging.

4.     Items are ineligible for refund if promoted as ‘Sale’  Exchange or store credit note permitted.

5.     14 day returns window is put into place from when the order is fulfilled by the BEFORE ANYONE ELSE team. Item(s) must be returned within this window.

If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost. 

You will need to ensure the return postage is traceable, .BAE Before Anyone Else takes no responsibility for missing packages. You will need to cover the cost of shipping for exchange or returns in Australia and internationally unless the garment is faulty or an error on our behalf.

We offer exchanges for alternate sizes if the above criteria are met. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact Customer Service via  email info@beforeanyoneelse.com.au stating why you wish to exchange or return your item. BAE will reply via email with detailed instructions, return address and arrange for it to be processed as soon as possible. 

  • BAE BEFORE ANYONE ELSE does not accept refund on sale items.  

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed through to your original payment method. Shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded. Refunds are available for all items unless promoted as ‘Sale’.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

We are happy to replace or repair due to manufacturing fault other than damage cause by normal "wear and tear". Please ensure you are following the care instructions on your .BAE garment to prolong it's life.

Email: info@beforeanyoneelse.com.au (with the photo of the faulty item) stating the damage type. 

Pre orders

Pre orders is having the advantage to guarantee your purchase before its been released. We do not take any cancelations on pre orders, same return and exchange policies to normal purchase applies.

The product will be available as per date on the description booked in advance.

Gift Cards

Gift card is not transferable nor refundable if unused. If the whole amount gifted is not spent at once, the balance will be applicable to your next online purchase. 

Gift cards are valid per 3 years from the purchase day.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them online at the checkout. The gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store. 

Gift voucher does not allow to use promotional codes.

Promotional codes 

 

Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other discounts, or applied to previous orders, or credit notes.

No price adjustment will be made.

Offer cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Online Sale 

All prices are final and the markdowns are significant.

Items purchased at online warehouse sale there is a strict policy of no refunds.  Item in sale can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice

If you choose to provide your personal details to us, we may collect the requested information from you including your name and contact details and any other information that you supply to us.
